New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around New York is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Came in here for a solo meal. The host was extremely nice and welcoming, he made me feel at home. And the food was delicious too! I got the Lamb Rogan Josh and some Garlic Naan. The curry was very flavorful, with bursts of ginger and cardamom standing out to me. A lovely complement to the lamb. I did expect it to be a tad spicier but it was still really good! The lamb itself was tasty too, with a good balance of lean and fat, although it could've been a bit more tender. The garlic naan was honestly excellent and exemplified what great naan should be. It had large, impressive bubbles, a slightly crispy and blackened bottom, and an incredibly tender texture. Genuinely one of the better naans I've had! Overall, I would totally recommend this place!

We tried the aloo papri, lasooni gobi, malai kofta, garlic naan, and mango lassi. Food came out quickly and service was very polite, arrangements were beautiful. Music was soft and pleasant to hear. Overall, would strongly recommend Mughlai for your next Indian meal.

Needless to say the food is delicious, delicious would be an understatement. I ordered one of their spicy vegetarian options and as a meat eater it was better than many improperly cooked meats I’ve eaten. I went for the tried and true Chicken Tikki Masala as an entree and no other word but perfect can describe it. I don’t who he is to this establishment but I know he’s my newest friend, Deepak is the nicest person I’ve met and made sure as a solo diner I was welcomed and appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.
